- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I brought my stepdad in for a 3 pm appointment. We arrived 5-10 minutes early. He sat there for 30 minutes before being called back. At 3:46 pm I watched an elderly gentleman come an explain he had been caught in school traffic. They demanded he reschedule his appointment (first available was February). At 3:45 an office staff member came out looking for my stepdad to take him back. At 4:30, he finally came out as he was finished.
